Parents association of Faculty of Science
Welcome to the website of the parents association of Faculty of Science!
We are the organization composed of anyone who has children and works at University of Geneva.
Our goal is to facilitate the employees to balance the work and family life by providing help on gathering important information, opportunities to network with other parents to exchange information, and ideally some functions to keep children on Wednesdays and during vacation periods at the university.
The effort to address the last point (Wednesdays, vacation periods at University) is on-going.

The association of parents at Faculty of Science is delighted to inform you that we are hosting our second social event "Visite au physiscope" on June 5th 2024 at 17:00. The event takes place at the ground floor of Science 2 building and Physiscope.
It is open for all the members of Faculty who are parents as well as future parents or people interested. The association currently serves as a place to create a network within the Faculty so that we can exchange information on "How to" or "What not to do" during the parenthood.
Two Physiscope sessions (4-7 years old and 7-10 years old) will welcome you. We also have some LEGO and Kapla space etc. as well as some board games/toys for children too young for participating in Physiscope sessions. The maximum size of each Physiscope session will be around 15 kids (total 30 kids). Light refreshments will be served.
